"the depletion of hypothalamic neuronal histamine induced by antihistamines may increase neuronal excitability, thereby increasing seizure susceptibility in patients with febrile seizures"
"Epilepsy: avoid antihistamines (which may lower the seizure threshold)."
"Valproic acid (opomba: to je depakin) may interact with other drugs that cause drowsiness, including alcohol, antidepressants, antihistamines, pain relievers, anxiety medicines, and muscle relaxants. Dangerous sedation, dizziness, or drowsiness may occur if valproic acid is taken with alcohol or any of these medications. Talk to your doctor before taking valproic acid in combination with alcohol or any other "
"BNF also states that caution may be required in people with epilepsy"
